April 1998 marked the 25th anniversary of the arrival of Shiohira Sensei
in North America to teach Aikido. To mark this anniversary, Pacific
Aikido Federation members, former students, friends, and Aikidoka from
all over joined Shiohira Sensei for a celebration seminar at the Presidio
in San Francisco, CA. That evening a banquet for all was held in downtown
San Francisco.
